History of Tertiary Highway 813:

Tertiary Highway 813 is a bit of a mystery. It is listed in some MTO reports from the early 1980s, but it does not appear on any maps. It has been identified as Riding Stable Road, which runs northerly from Hwy 17. The highway's length, purpose, and dates of existance are not known at this time. It is also not known if this highway was actually a posted route. If it was posted, it would be the highest numbered provincial highway that Ontario has ever had. If anyone can provide me with any additional information about the mysterious Hwy 813, it would be greatly appreciated.
