The area below this new structure had not been fully excavated at the time this photo was taken in 2024. Thus, the proposed highway had not yet been completed to its final elevation. The earth excavated from this interchange site will ultimately be used as fill material on other sections of Hwy 425 as the highway is constructed in future phases. See an Enlarged Photo Here.
