 Left - Old "Ramp Speed 50" sign on Hwy 85 in Waterloo. These signs are being phased out by the MTO and replaced with new plain yellow signs which just post the numerical advisory speed only.  Left - Overhead signs affixed to the King Street structure. Originally, Hwy 85 followed King Street through Waterloo. The oversized sign marking "King Street - Waterloo" may seem somewhat redundant now, but in the early 1970s, the sign served as an important reminder to drivers that Hwy 85 was re-routed onto the Conestoga Parkway and no longer followed King Street through downtown.
